What is Anger? Anger is a basic human emotion. It's our physical and mental response to a real or imagined threat. What is important to remember is that absolutely everyone gets angry at some point, and that's ok, but it's how we deal with that anger that is the issue. We can all benefit from learning how to deal with our anger more effectively and in healthy way remembering that the way that we can and need to take responsibility for our actions and they way behave is always a choice. We can't always change the situation that we are in, but we can change how we respond to it.
Anger and Stress Resilience Coaching. This unique 1-1 coaching is for anyone who struggles with stress and anger.
