A very big thank you to yourself and Nicky for the wonderful course on Anger Management. I really enjoyed it and it was good to meet some new faces and hear about their experiences. I realise that my family - though it has "issues"- is relatively calm. However, as always I like to arm myself with the necessary tools should the need arise. Thanks again. As always your courses and coaching are inspirational, thought provoking and always life changing (for the better). If you have a course on coping with a strong minded partner - put me down for that too! (December 2011)

After having a session with Sharon, I felt a lot more positive about the issue I went there to discuss. Before the session I was very nervous about how open I would be with her but straight from the start I felt like Sharon understood me and genuinely cared and wanted to help. We did a number of exercises, each of which really opened my eyes as to the best way to deal with the problem. Before I went to see Sharon, I felt like I was at a bit of a dead end with it all but now I have started to work on certain things that were discussed, I feel like there really is a way out. Sharon is a great listener and has a way of talking you through a particular question and before you know it, you have a light bulb moment and you have answered it yourself! I would recommend Sharon to anyone who has a certain dilemma in their lives that they want to change, no matter how big or small. (Rob Horslen, Personal Trainer Nov 2011)

A BIG thank you for both, slides and your excellent delivery of the workshop! Me and my husband found the information and advise given very valuable, relevant and up to date with today's technology. I will be looking out for more and spread the word. (June 2011)

When I attended the first anger management workshop in January 2011 I had no idea what to expect, but I was desperate for help. As a single parent, my relationship with my 16 year old son had deteriorated so badly that he had not spoken to me for 5 months, other than to be aggressive.
I was very nervous attending the first session because so much depended on it. I needn’t have been. It was a small, friendly group, who were open and honest and completely non-judgemental. As a teacher, I was sceptical that I would learn anything new, but over the weeks I gained insight into myself and to my son, and learnt techniques that I have been able to use within the family as a whole.
Mine is a success story. I have been able to resolve things with my son and we have a stronger and more honest relationship with each other than we have ever had.
Sharon’s delivery is excellent. She is knowledgeable, sensitive and flexible. Although she has a programme to deliver, she takes into account individual needs. I can’t recommend this course highly enough. (April 2011)

We met Sharon at a local community parenting course and were immediately drawn to both the style and forward thinking support that Sharon was offering. The course was a great success and enabled us to deal more effectively with everyday conflicts and come to satisfactory resolutions within the family unit.
A few months had passed and we found ourselves needing advice and coaching for an issue relating to our teenage daughter, we contacted Sharon.
We were impressed at how quickly and easily Sharon understood our current issues and we immediately began a group of telephone sessions that really got to the root of the problem. Together we worked out a step by step solution that was right for our family. Sharon's advice and comforting nature were spot on and helped us get through a difficult time. We have no reservations about recommending Sharon to anyone. Thank you so much for your support and kindness. (Terry and Denise, Essex. Nov 2010)

I would highly recommend the course for all parents, whatever their background or problems. It's a mistake to assume we know it all as parents - things are changing so rapidly in our society such as the internet, forms of entertainment and the effects of the recession on people's physical and emotional security. Whatever your problem - there is help out there and there are solutions - some of them are really simple to remember . I found the opportunity to openly discuss problems with other parents so valuable - it gave me an insight into how other people think. Sometimes the worst thing about being parent is just wondering "Am I the only person who thinks like this?" (Suzanne Watts June 2010)

I have more confidence and have seen a difference in my relationship with my child. Sharon and Julia did a wonderful job presenting this course, I thoroughly enjoyed it and hope if I had any future problems I could come back for more useful tips!!
